Eric Boesser has over a decade of experience in fitness and sports environments, from track and field and lifting for sports in college to training as an aerial silks performer. He started Boesser Fitness to help share his outlook on functional body weight fitness with others and give them tools he has learned over the years.
Boesser Fitness focuses on teaching clients fundamental body-weight movements to develop understanding of the body and proper movement pathways to ensure a healthy exercise practice. With a strong foundation, clients can properly and safely pursue their fitness goals.
Everyone is unique in the way their body feels and what kind of exercise works for them. "Finding Your Fit" is all about giving people the tools to find the method of exercise that works for their individual needs while ensuring proper form, technique, and habits to be able to continue whatever it may be safely with longevity.
