Eric Boesser has over a decade of experience in fitness and sports environments. From his time running in cross country and track to training for rock climbing, weight lifting and aerial/circus, Eric has a diverse pool of skills to teach from. He started Boesser Fitness to help share his outlook on functional fitness with others and give them tools he has learned over the years. Comfortable working with individuals one-on-one, in group training environments, as well as virtually.
Boesser Fitness focuses on teaching clients fundamental body-weight movements to develop understanding of their body and proper movement pathways to ensure a healthy exercise practice. With a strong foundation, clients can properly and safely pursue their fitness goals.
Everyone is unique in the way their body feels and what kind of exercise works for them. "Finding Your Fit" is all about giving people the tools to find the method of exercise that works for their individual needs, while ensuring proper form, technique, and habits to continue with longevity.
