Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Having a personal trainer to guide you through the start of your fitness journey sets you up with proper technique and habits for the future!
There are a few options for that! We can meet in person at a local gym I am partnered with to have access to their equipment. I can come to you and lead sessions at your home, either using equipment you have or providing my own. And I am also open to virtual sessions on Zoom if that is more convenient. Basically, wherever you will feel most motivated to train, that's where we will make it happen!
The basis of Boesser Fitness is to use functional body-weight exercises that can be done anywhere, so while equipment can be helpful to augment exercises, it isn't necessary. If you decide you want to add equipment to your exercises we can go over the best equipment to help you enhance your workout!
The main results I aim to instill in clients are feeling better in their body and moving better. With this intention, I can help clients reach their personal physical goals while also giving them tools to keep moving and healthy for the long run.
