Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Having a personal trainer to guide you through the start of your fitness journey sets you up with proper technique and habits for the future!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. The focus is to be able to workout anywhere, with minimal equipment. So whether that is at the gym, your local park, or the comfort of your home, we want to give you the plan to do that!
The basis of Boesser Fitness is to use functional body-weight exercises that can be done anywhere, so while equipment can be helpful to augment exercises, it isn't necessary. If you decide you want to add equipment to your exercises we can go over the best equipment to help you enhance your workout!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in!
